It was an honour and privilege to have supported and attended the 2019 Edinburgh Fringe & Chinese Culture and Arts Festival: Largest Square without Corners, hosted by the Asian Association Culture Commerce and Education in Europe (AACCEE). Our congratulations go out to Jessica Guo and her team. Exhilarating performances inspired by Tao Te Ching portray that the largest square has no corners. Lao Tzu put forward this kind of aesthetic concept in ancient Chinese literary theory, intending to praise natural, rather than artificial, beauty. The overall style of the work is influenced by Chinese art and calligraphy. A great cultural collaboration between Scotland and China.
